Shipping & Returns


We ship on a same business day/next business day basis, depending on the time of day we receive your order.  At latest, we ship the next business day.  Freight times vary based on your distance from Dallas, Texas.  Generally, we find that USPS Priority Shipping is the most economical and the package will arrive within 2-3 days from the day we send it.  We will notify you the moment your package has been picked up by the carrier.



At the Stein Shoppe, we want to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

Our policy for returns is below:



We examine all steins prior to shipment and pack the steins for shipment very carefully (using a "double box" approach and plenty of paper/bubble wrap as packaging).  However, sometimes stuff just happens.

If your shipment is damaged or defective, we will at your option (1) fully refund the purchase price and carrier fees or (2) replace your stein. We ask that you contact us immediately upon noticing the damage/defect in order to ensure that the stein was damaged in transit, as opposed to a subsequent event.  Under most circumstances, we will request a picture of the damaged/defective stein, including a picture that shows the limited edition number (so that we may match to the stein we sent you).

After confirmation, we may ask you to return the stein (and we will pay for postage for the return), and we will ship you a replacement stein and/or refund upon our receipt of the damaged/defective goods.



We want you to be happy with your stein, and just about everyone is! We encourage you to review the product pages carefully, as they contain high resolution images and detailed physical characteristics of each stein (e.g. height, weight, finish, lid type).  This ensures you will get the stein that you want.  If you have additional questions about a stein, please call us at (214) 256-3347 before ordering the stein, so that we can make sure you get what you want.

If you get the stein and are simply unhappy with ts quality, let us know.  As long as the beer stein is unused and you contact us within 30 days, we will send you a prepaid label for you to ship the stein back to us and will refund your money.
